We measure and talk through what you want. Free of charge.
Estimate and contract
Two days later you get an itemised estimate and a schedule. We sign.
Rough work
Demolition, wiring, plumbing, screed. Paid after sign-off.
Finishing
Tiles, walls, floors, doors. Paid after sign-off.
Handover
Cleaning, debris removal, final report. The guarantee starts that day.

It is free. You get the estimate two days later.
Can I live there during the work?
For a refresh, yes, we go room by room. For a full renovation it is better to move out.
Who buys the materials?
Whatever suits you: we can buy them to the estimate or work with yours.
What if you run late?
The day-by-day schedule is part of the contract. Each day late lowers the price of that stage.
