An assistant in Telegram that answers customers through buttons and takes requests. Nothing to install.

How it helps your business

  • Works around the clock. A request that comes in at night is not lost.
  • Answers “how much, where are you, when are you open” on its own.

How much does it cost?

I give you the price after we discuss the task, before any work starts. It does not go up unless the task changes. You pay 50% up front and the rest after launch.

Does the customer need to install anything?

No. The bot works inside Telegram.

Where do requests go?

To your private messages or a team chat. In a chat, everyone in it sees the request, and nothing is lost when an admin changes.

Can I add broadcasts and a Google Sheet?

Yes, to any bot. I have no finished project with them yet, so on this site they are shown as a demo.

What do you need from me?

The texts and menu structure. For a request bot, which details to collect and where to send requests.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Two rounds of changes are included. For two weeks after launch I fix any bugs for free.
